Typically, our fees to prepare and file a Chapter 7 range from $1,200.00 and up, plus $299 for court filing fees, $70 for pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education course, and $20 for a credit report.

For a Chapter 13, our fee is $3,500.00, plus a $274 filing fee, and $100 for pre-filing counseling and pre-discharge education course.

Once you pay the initial retainer, usualy half the fee, we encourage you to refer your creditors to our office and we will deal with them instead of you.
